Welcome to the last installment of healthy eating for the week. The healthy eating will most definitely continue once we are done with the big move but right now we are focused on cleaning all the random food out of our cabinets and fridge. Luckily I had just enough vegetables in the fridge to make sautéed zucchini, squash, broccoli, and peppers for dinner.
I have watched my mom make sautéed vegetables a million times over the years and it is soooo easy. Simply toss in your sliced up veggies with a little bit of olive oil, garlic, and any other seasoning you desire. Then cover and cook!
